Are you highly experienced in Personal Insolvency and looking for a new challenge? Look no further than our client, a leading Insolvency firm with a strong national presence. Due to this national presence, our client will consider candidates based throughout the UK. Major hubs include London, Milton Keynes, Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds.

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Senior Manager or Director to lead their personal insolvency offering nationally. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-profile personal insolvency cases, providing strategic advice and guidance to clients, and delivering exceptional results.

As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in insolvency management, particularly personal. Your experience should include complex cases and a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In addition, you will be a skilled communicator with a talent for building dynamic relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels. You will have the ability to lead and motivate a team, providing guidance and support as needed to achieve outstanding results.

Ideally you will be an appointment taker and have a proven track record in winning and delivering personal insolvency assignments. However, candidates with a personal insolvency skillset and ambition to develop within this space, will also be considered.
