Duration: 12 month Contract

Pay rate: Up to £415.80

Location: Remote - Occasional travel to Maidenhead

CPL have an opportunity for an experience Senior Manager – Business Operations to join a global pharmaceutical company that focusses on vaccines, this is an excellent opportunity contributing to helping protect the lives of millions of people across the world. 

The Business Operations Manager is an integral member of the GSPV Business Operations Team, responsible for providing information, guidance and coordination to support all functions within the GSPV organisation that will allow it to operate effectively. The ideal candidate will provide implementation of globally aligned processes associated with:

• Resource demand planning & forecasting

• Budget & forecast creation & management

• Analysing & reporting on GSPV operational and fiscal performance

• Maintain the current list of GSPV Purchase Oder across the clients database.

• Provide training assistance for GSPV areas with newly developed financial processes

• Support policies & procedures to streamline billing & collection processes

Required Experience:

• Proven ability in financial acumen and working with Industry tools (e.g., Ariba, SAP, Smartcore, BPC, Clarity etc)

• As a guide a minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing departmental budgets

• Experience preparing resource and financial budgets / forecasts.

• Experience preparing executive level reports

• An ability to forward think, solving problems of a complex and diverse nature. Advance Excel and financial system expertise working independently.

• Attention to detail.

Education:

Degree (Bachelor/Masters/Diploma) in a Business related and/or scientific/medical/pharmaceutical/Financial discipline, preferably combined with relevant GSPV trial experience with a business focus
