As the Senior Product Manager for investments, you will be responsible for overseeing the investment solution for the firms donors, working with the front-line business owners to articulate a clear strategy and future requirements.

Description

  • Investment Product Strategy: You'll develop and execute a comprehensive strategy focusing on pricing, innovation, service improvement, and the overall investment experience for clients, based on thorough market research, competitor analysis, and feedback.

  • Product Development Roadmap: Collaborating with the Transformation team, you'll define and prioritize the product roadmap, communicating it clearly to stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality investment solutions.

  • Investment Centre of Excellence: You'll create a knowledge hub on the investment ecosystem for donors, providing ongoing product-specific training, and staying ahead of industry trends, platforms, and technology.

  • Commercial Management: Overseeing the strategic selection and onboarding of new partners, working with procurement on commercial negotiations, and managing supplier relationships from a product management standpoint.

  • Performance & KPIs: You'll monitor key performance indicators to assess the success of investment products, handle financial modeling for income forecasting, and continuously improve features based on user data and feedback.

  • Risk & Regulation: Ensuring investment controls, processes, and governance are compliant with legal and regulatory standards, collaborating with legal, finance, and compliance teams to protect the organization's reputation.

Profile

* You will have at least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the investment or wealth management sector.

* You have a strong knowledge of the UK investment market, products, and regulations, and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions.

* You have excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, and can influence and align diverse teams and perspectives.

* You have a proven track record of delivering successful products from ideation to launch, and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

* You have a data-driven and analytical mindset and can use various tools and methods to measure and improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
