Lorien's leading banking client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects and play a pivotal role in our key D365 delivery.
This role is based in London.
This role will be Via Umbrella.

What You'll Do
- As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee high-profile projects, ensuring the seamless integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions into our banking ecosystem. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions, align technology with business goals, and drive value for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership
- Plan, execute, and deliver large-scale D365 integration projects on time and within budget, adhering to the bank's governance framework.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Broker conversations between business modelling teams, technical architects, and operational teams to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with solutions design teams to craft robust and scalable technical architectures that meet business requirements.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and issue resolution.
- Commercial Banking Expertise: Leverage your understanding of commercial banking products, services, and operations to align project outcomes with business strategy.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues to ensure project success.
- Change Management: Lead change management activities to drive adoption and maximise the value of delivered solutions.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, ideally within commercial banking.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and its integration capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate conversations between technical and business teams.
- Expertise in solution design and translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of commercial banking operations, products, and services.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus.
