Are you looking for a new challenge and change of environment from your current syndicate reporting team?The role is responsible for preparing internal and external departmental reports, including regulatory returns for Lloyd’s, management information, and project-related work. It involves creating analytical tools, supporting junior team members, and assisting with the audit process.Key Responsibilities:
  • Syndicate reporting to Lloyd's (QMA, QMB, Solvency II, US/Canadian situs reporting, ROD)
  • Preparing financial statements, analytics, and commentary
  • Liaising with finance teams to ensure timely report delivery
  • Developing analytical tools, supporting diagnostics, and working with underwriters/actuaries
  • Assisting with internal and ad hoc reports
  • Supporting internal/external audit processes
  • Enhancing process accuracy, efficiency, and control systems
  • Supporting finance transformation and other projects
  • Guiding and coordinating junior team member
Education & Knowledge:
  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Familiar with Lloyd’s accounting rules, UK GAAP, Solvency II
  • Advanced Excel and report writing skills
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Highly motivated and results driven
