- You will provide technical and practical guidance to the audit and accounts teams within your region.
- Monitor audit approach and review files providing guidance on technical methodology
- Develop both a team around you and subject-matter experts within the region
- You will be involved in the production of technical updates and training.
What you'll need to succeed We anticipate that the successful technical senior manager will be:
- ACA or ACC a qualified
- Have extensive recent knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP
- Have a background in external audit ideally combined with exposure to financial reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to be effective in a very visible role
