A Top 50 accountancy firm in London is looking for a Private Client Senior Tax Manager to join its growing team. Over the past 18 months, the firm has seen significant growth, attracting larger, more complex, and international private clients, leading to an increasing demand for high-quality tax advisory services.

The Role
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of HNWIs, UHNWIs, international families, and trusts, delivering strategic tax planning and advisory services.
  • Oversee complex advisory work, including inheritance tax planning, residence and domicile considerations, succession planning, and cross-border tax structuring.
  • Supervise the compliance process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across personal tax returns, trust filings, and wealth structuring.
  • Act as a key contact for clients, providing clear, commercially focused advice and identifying long-term planning opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop junior and mid-level team members, offering guidance and leadership on complex tax matters.
  • Collaborate with Partners and Directors to support business development and client acquisition efforts, contributing to the firm’s continued expansion.
About You
  • CTA and/or ACA qualified, with extensive experience in private client tax gained in a professional services environment.
  • Expertise in UK and international private client tax, including trusts, estates, and complex tax planning strategies.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, offering commercially driven solutions.
  • Strong leadership experience, with a passion for developing and mentoring junior team members.
