Over the past 18 months, this firm has been winning an increasing number of larger, more complex clients, offering greater exposure to high-value tax advisory work. As such they're looking for a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join the team

The Role
  • Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, including large owner-managed businesses, private equity-backed companies, and multinational groups.
  • Deliver complex tax advisory projects, covering areas such as corporate structuring, M&A tax, international tax planning, and group reorganisations.
  • Oversee the corporate tax compliance process, ensuring efficiency and technical accuracy across the team.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and identifying strategic tax planning opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
  • Support business development initiatives, helping to win new work and contribute to the continued expansion of the firm.
About You
  • CTA and/or ACA qualified, with significant experience in UK corporate tax within an accountancy firm.
  • Strong technical expertise in corporate tax compliance and advisory work, particularly in complex tax matters.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships, offering clear and commercially focused tax advice.
  • Experience leading and developing a team, with a commitment to mentoring and supporting junior staff.
