Senior Finance Business Partner (R2R) 6 month FTC, £90,000

Altum Consulting are recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner (R2R) to join a successful London based Media business. You will be responsible for driving performance improvements in the end-to-end record to report process in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and scalability. This role is for an initial 6-month fixed term contract.

Role:

  • Working collaboratively with the Finance Reporting, Commercial Finance and Group Finance teams to develop a prioritised pipeline of transformational and improvement initiatives
  • Develop business cases for key initiatives to secure funding and approval?.
  • Develop project initiation documents, to clearly define scope, deliverables, resourcing needs and planning?.
  • Direct and programme manage projects delivery (supported by Project Managers as needed) - ensuring that robust project management disciplines and governance are in place?.
  • Continuously benchmark internal processes against best practices to determine gaps, opportunities for improvement, and alignment with commercial design requirements.?
  • Conducting regular reviews of process performance metrics with key process stakeholders and establishing action plans to address sub-standard performance.

You'll be/have:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
  • Significant post qualification experience in managing finance transformation projects.
  • Deep understanding of best practice and what good looks like, and ability to challenge and influence colleagues to embrace improvement opportunities and associated change?.
  • Available immediately/short notice period.
