Strategic Finance Manager
Salary: £65,000-£75,000

They are seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to join their team and the role will be pivotal in maximising the company's cashflow extraction and EBITDA to cash conversion, supporting overall Financial Planning.
Your excellent team-player skills will be utilised across central and regional teams to manage liquidity, working capital, cash and support financial planning and analytics.
What you'll do:

Build and maintain accurate cash flow financial models

Conduct in-depth analysis of working capital components
-
Identify potential cash flow risks and opportunities

Develop and manage capital expenditure plans ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

Prepare detailed cash flow reports for senior management

Assist with preparation of presentations for Executive Committee and Board

Conduct financial modelling and scenario planning to support decision making

Lead development of financial policies related to cash flow management
What you bring:
-
Experience in FP&A, cashflow planning, forecasting and modelling
-
More than 3 to 4 years of post qualified experience

Relevant accounting qualifications (CIMA/ACT/ACA or similar)

Experience in geographically diverse multinational group

Knowledgeable in ERP, Finance and Treasury, Cash Planning and Analytics

Strong commercial background understanding drivers of trading performance

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for producing reports and presentations.

Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
