Ryder Reid Legal is tentatively seeking mid-level Associates with 4-6 years PQE to join our law firm client's Capital Markets department.
We are looking for candidates with experience in structured finance, particularly in CLOs, ABS, RMBS, CMBS, insurance-linked products, capital relief transactions, warehouse financing, repackaging transactions, and/or structured funds. Knowledge of general banking work is also beneficial.
Ideal candidates will possess strong critical thinking, time management, organisational, and interpersonal skills. You must be driven to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills are essential.
