You’ll deliver high quality expert advice and bespoke solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients - ranging from mid to large corporate enterprises - addressing their highly specific and specialised financial guarantee needs. The breadth of the role means that you’ll also have the opportunity to generate new business and open up new revenue streams for the company’s own highly specialised insurance products, as well as representing a 360 process for clients.

To thrive in this highly niche, specialist business you’ll need comprehensive knowledge of surety bonds at a senior executive/development level, coupled with a solid track record of developing and expanding a portfolio of clients.Â

The company’s success has been built upon a foundation of deep client understanding and long-term partnerships. Working with sophisticated mid-corporate-level businesses, you’ll fully appreciate their unique risk profiles and tailored surety bond requirements. To ensure appropriate cover and the personal service required to ensure clients’ peace of mind across all stages of the process, you’ll quickly build in depth knowledge across clients’ insurance needs, build internal relationships and maximise referrals and income for the division.Â
As a potential future growth solution is through acquisition or partnership, strong relationships with surety bonds brokers will be a significant advantage.
Maximising client value is crucial, so you’ll need to be a strategic thinker and exceptional communicator, equally adept at maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. You’ll be collaborating closely with an established trade credit team, leveraging their network and expertise to maximise leads and internal referrals from across the company's specialist divisions, shaping the division's future from the ground up.  Some experience of operating in the wholesale market, and experience generating and developing new business will be a significant advantage.
