Our client, a leading global Financial Services organisation, is seeking a Tax Manager/Senior Manager to join their London-based team. This hybrid role involves overseeing tax compliance, reporting obligations, and managing outsourced processes across the EMEA, APAC, and UK regions. You will play a key role in managing tax returns, disclosures, reconciliations, and reporting, working closely with internal teams, external auditors, and tax advisers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the preparation and review of EMEA, APAC, and UK tax returns.
  • Oversee tax disclosures/notes for statutory accounts.
  • Prepare reconciliations of current and deferred tax balances.
  • Assist with group Pillar 2 reporting and tax rate monitoring.
  • Collaborate on the tax impacts of reorganisations and acquisitions.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of tax compliance and accounting principles.
  • ACA/ CTA/ ACCA/ ATT qualified or equivalent
