£75,000 plus and Excellent Benefits package

Our client, a Big4 firm, is looking for an experienced tax professional to join their growing Tax Disputes team based in London. As part of an ongoing growth strategy, they are looking for an experienced Tax Disputes Manager, with experience gained through professional practice or as a former tax inspector, to join the London team.

This experienced team provides clients with a full tax disputes service, from considering clients' tax governance and processes and proactive engagement with HMRC, to assisting with complex tax enquiries, including HRCP and the PDCF, negotiating matters with HMRC and reaching settlements of these. You would receive excellent further training and career progression opportunities in a dynamic and exciting environment.

The ideal Candidate:

  • Experience of dealing with HMRC enquiries / investigations
  • Experience of working with large corporate clients
  • Knowledge of HMRC structure, policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of key tax administration legislation, covering the following: Information powers, Penalties, Assessments, Enquiries, Senior Accounting Officer regime
