Tax Manager - International Tax, M&A, & Transactions Advisory

£75,000 plus car allowance, Bonus, Pension, Life, Health

London / Hybrid

Our client is a global market leader - delivering unrivalled first-class tax consultancy to major corporates. Their Deals practice advise on the tax implications of all aspects of transactions including Mergers & Acquisition, Business Recovery Services and Real Assets and Credit. As part of the wider Corporate Tax team, they work collaboratively across specialisms to deliver value and support their clients at all stages of the deal lifecycle.

In this role

You will work in a team with leading tax professionals to deliver advice and high-light implications in a fast-paced and evolving deals market. You will play a key role in developing relationships with clients and junior members of the team

You will also be involved in business development activities, helping to identify and research opportunities with new and existing clients and take responsibility for developing your own and the team's technical and business acumen. You will keep up to date with business and economic issues, industry insights and share your experience and technical knowledge.

The Ideal candidate

You will possess Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ICAEW, ICAS, CAI) or Chartered Tax Advisor (ATT, CTA) or equivalent international qualification and will have the ability to build internal and external relationships and networks, both within the UK and overseas.

You will also have highly developed communication skills, specifically in negotiating with and influencing others, and strong analytical, project management and report writing skills.
