Our client, a prestigious boutique tax firm in North London, is seeking a Private Tax Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will provide bespoke taxation services to high-net-worth individuals and businesses, combining technical tax expertise with strong business development skills to grow and maintain their exclusive client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals
  • Convert prospects into clients through consultative selling approaches
  • Deliver personalized tax planning strategies that align with clients' broader financial objectives
  • Identify tax-efficient solutions that competitors typically overlook
  • Prepare and review complex tax returns for high-net-worth individuals
  • Stay current with UK tax legislation and identify planning opportunities
  • Expand relationships within client organizations to secure additional business
  • Meet or exceed annual revenue targets and business development KPIs
Required Qualifications
  • CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in tax advisory services
  • Proven track record of business development and client acquisition
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK tax regulations for high-net-worth individuals
  • Experience in handling complex tax planning scenarios
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial awareness and ability to translate technical concepts into value propositions
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
