A Top 50 accountancy firm in London is seeking a Private Client Tax Manager to join its growing team. Over the past 18 months, the firm has secured an increasing number of larger, more complex, and international private clients, providing exposure to high-value advisory work.

The Role
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of HNWIs, UHNWIs, family offices, and international clients, ensuring high-quality tax compliance and advisory services.
  • Lead on advisory projects, including inheritance tax planning, non-domicile and residency matters, trust structuring, and cross-border tax issues.
  • Oversee the compliance process, ensuring all tax returns and filings are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Act as a key advisor to clients, identifying tax planning opportunities and delivering clear, strategic solutions.
  • Mentor and develop junior members of the team, providing technical guidance and career development support.
  • Work closely with Partners and Directors to drive business development initiatives and contribute to the firm’s continued success.
About You
  • CTA and/or ACA qualified, with strong experience in private client tax within an accountancy firm.
  • Expertise in UK and international private client tax matters, including trusts, inheritance tax, and residence and domicile issues.
  • Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and provide commercially focused tax advice.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring a team.
