About Us

We are partnering with a prestigious hospitality group with an extensive portfolio of luxury properties across prime London locations. As they continue to expand their presence in the premium hospitality sector, they're seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join the corporate finance team at their West London headquarters.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Tax Management
  • Lead the development and implementation of tax strategy across our portfolio
  • Provide strategic tax input on business initiatives and property acquisitions
  • Manage relationships with HMRC and external advisors
  • Oversee tax risk management and governance frameworks
Financial Reporting & Compliance
  • Direct the preparation of corporate tax computations for UK entities
  • Oversee VAT compliance and other indirect tax obligations
  • Lead the tax provisions process for group consolidated accounts
  • Monitor and report on effective tax rate and cash tax positions
  • Ensure compliance with international reporting requirements
Business Partnering
  • Partner with senior stakeholders on tax-efficient structuring
  • Provide tax advisory support on commercial initiatives
  • Lead process improvement projects within the tax function
  • Develop and maintain tax policies and procedures
Experience & Qualifications Required
  • CTA qualified with demonstrable post-qualification experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax landscape
  • Proven experience in hospitality or real estate sector preferred
  • Excellence in tax accounting under IFRS and FRS frameworks
