To facilitate this growth, they are looking for a Senior Manager, Tax to join their team which offers a clear route to becoming a Partner with objectives in place from day one. The business has taken a direct-to-market approach and has already acquired 2 practices in the last 6 months, with 4 more in the pipeline. Responsibilities of the Senior Manager role include:
- Utilise CTA qualifications to provide expert tax planning and advisory services, ensuring clients achieve tax efficiency and compliance.
- Oversee all compliance-related activities, ensuring strict adherence to statutory regulations and internal policies.
- Lead and manage our accounting, tax, and compliance functions, overseeing skilled teams of accountants, tax professionals, and compliance officers.
- Establish and develop a high-performing tax team, creating a robust framework for delivering top-tier tax services to clients.
We would love to speak to candidates with the following background for this Senior Manager role:
- CTA-qualified tax specialist, ACCA or ACA-qualified.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a flair for inspiring and motivating professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of managing and leading tax teams, with a strong focus on client service and strategic tax planning.
