Your new roleYou will be managing a team of 5. The main responsibilities are:
- Evaluate the creditworthiness of potential clients through detailed financial analysis and risk assessment.
- Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to ensure effective credit management.
- Monitor and manage the company's credit portfolio, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to establish credit limits and terms for new and existing clients.
- Prepare and present credit reports to senior management, highlighting key risks and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all credit transactions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to the credit team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
What you'll need to succeed

- Has experience leading / managing a team
- At least 5 years experience working in Credit Management
