Robertson Bell is delighted to be supporting a dynamic and globally engaged organisation in their search for a Finance Business Partner on a six months contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, hands-on finance team and play a key role in financial planning and analysis across multiple global cost centres.

You will be responsible for:

  • Consolidating reports across the global cost centres, providing high level financial analysis for all entities and leading on financial planning.
  • Business partnering with senior leaders in the organisation ensuring financial data is understood across varying levels of financial literacy.
  • Preparing annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts to be presented to the senior leadership team.
  • Managing monthly business partnering meetings to drive financial insights and improvements.

This autonomous role is an exciting opportunity to really make your mark in driving financial management within a unique organisation, and act as the right-hand sounding board for the passionate Director of Finance who is looking to develop and upskill their staff.

Key Requirements

  • Qualified Accountant.
  • Experience in management accounting is essential.
  • Budgeting and forecasting experience required
  • Advanced Excel skills (SUMIFS, VLOOKUPs, complex models) to support data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Emotional intelligence and adaptability to work with stakeholders with varied financial literacy levels.
  • Experience in restricted/unrestricted funds is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • A proactive approach to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Charity sector experience is a plus, but we welcome candidates from both the public and private sector.
