Synchronicity Financial Services are recruiting for a Level 4 Diploma-qualified T&C Supervisor to join a leading Chartered Independent Financial Planning firm. For the right person, this can become a leadership role taking on responsibility for T&C for the firm in a managerial capacity.

About the Role: As a T&C Supervisor, you will oversee the supervision and development of financial advisors, working closely with the wider T&C team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Adviser Supervision & Support: Provide ongoing assessment of advisor competence, conduct risk assessments, and support advisors with tailored development plans.
  • Competency Assurance: Conduct regular observed visits (in-person or virtual) to ensure advisors maintain the highest standards of advice and identify areas for improvement.
  • CPD & Professional Standards: Monitor CPD activity, ensure compliance with professional standing requirements, and perform Fit & Proper assessments.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the growth of the T&C function by identifying risks, ensuring periodic suitability reviews are completed, and maintaining accurate records.

What You Bring:

  • A Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
  • Experience in T&C supervision.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and support advisors.
