About the Role: As a T&C Supervisor, you will oversee the supervision and development of financial advisors, working closely with the wider T&C team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Adviser Supervision & Support: Provide ongoing assessment of advisor competence, conduct risk assessments, and support advisors with tailored development plans.
- Competency Assurance: Conduct regular observed visits (in-person or virtual) to ensure advisors maintain the highest standards of advice and identify areas for improvement.
- CPD & Professional Standards: Monitor CPD activity, ensure compliance with professional standing requirements, and perform Fit & Proper assessments.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the growth of the T&C function by identifying risks, ensuring periodic suitability reviews are completed, and maintaining accurate records.
What You Bring:
