Hybrid: 3 in, 2 from home
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 DOE

They are seeking a Transactions Manager to join their London office to support their London Capital Markets Partners. THE ROLE
As a Transaction Manager, you will be involved in a variety of tasks supporting transactions across the Capital Markets team. This position is a growth opportunity designed to expand the team's expertise, complementing the existing role currently held by one team member.
Duties include:
- Working across the Capital Markets team and providing support on cross border transactions in a client facing role.
- Dealing with complex matter management, supporting multiple streams, including coordinating on listing processes and managing CPs/closings etc.
- Preparing for transaction milestones.
- Conducting research on legal developments.
- Assisting in the maintenance of practice notes and standard forms.
- Drafting presentations and legal updates.
- Preparing document bundles.
- Providing general administrative support.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Substantial matter management or transactional coordination and client facing experience in professional services, markets infrastructure, corporates, fund or similar.
- Strong academic record and intellectual curiosity, creative thinker.
- Commercial and business awareness.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Strong time management skills, ability to stay calm under pressure when juggling multiple projects.
- Strong professional presence with a client service focus
- Team player, proactive, resourceful, takes initiative
