Marks Sattin are delighted to be partnered with a leading Professional Services firm, where their Transaction Services team are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager or a Manager into the team based in London.You'll work on transactions with a diverse range of clients. The Transaction Services team support private equity firms, investment funds and corporate clients through mergers, acquisitions and disposals. It's an opportunity to build deals experience, including analysis of financial business information, as well as wider deals execution know-how.?Qualifications

  • ACA qualified/ACCA qualified
