We have partnered with a mid-market accountancy firm located in London in their search for a Transaction Services Manager to operate within their Corporate Finance team.
As a Transaction Servies Manager you will assist the team in identifying opportunities to enhance growth and the delivery of services to clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Working on both buy side and sell side due diligence projects
- Assisting in preparing and pitching presentations
- Managing junior staff
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant and / or relevant work experience
- Understanding of PowerPoint and Excel
- Ideally 2/3 years Transaction Services experience
