I am working with a dynamic and growing financial advisory firm. They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our team in London. Candidates working in Transaction Services roles in accountancy practices/Corporate finance boutiques are desirable. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage buy-side and sell-side transaction services projects.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and clients.
  • Develop and present Independent Business Review (IBR) reports to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing high-quality, tailored advice.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm's client base.
  • Lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with Partners on engagements and strategic plans.

Qualifications:

  • ACA (or equivalent) qualified.
  • At least 4 years of experience in transaction services, financial due diligence, or conducting IBRs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
