Are you a SPA (Sale & Purchase Agreements) Manager or Senior Manager looking to work for a top tier Practice firm

Do you want to work on some of the largest transactions in the market and support clients across the lifecycle of a deal - Pre and Post. If so, this could be the role for you.

Our client, a Big 4 Firm, support a wide range of clients from investment banks to large law firms and are looking for a Senior Manager to join their London CF Division in the SPA team. This could be a Manager ready for promotion or an existing Senior Manager looking to work in a Top Tier firm.

Your responsibilities will include;

  • analysis of cash, debt and working capital adjustments
  • presentations to clients on M&A transactions
  • growing your own portfolio of clients
  • carrying out leakage reviews
  • ensuring the team adhere to budget and project timelines

The ideal candidate will;

  • be qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
  • have people management experience
  • have had exposure to M&A Transactions and specifically SPA
