Responsibilities and DutiesAs a Transfer Pricing Manager/Senior Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing transfer pricing documentation and involved in leading advisory projects with strong invovlement in TP modelling.Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Coordinate with tax, audit, accounting teams, and other service lines for upcoming tasks and schedules.
- Ensure timely management of deadlines for client assignments.
- Develop and sustain client relationships, delivering excellent service.
- Oversee WIP and billing for your clients, ensuring profitability.
- Supervise junior team members, ensuring quality work and providing feedback.
- Adhere to the firm's risk management procedures and handle some administrative duties.
RequirementsCandidates will need to have proven experience in Transfer Pricing either within practice.Additional requirements include:
- Strong understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
- Ability to simplify complex issues for non-tax specialists.
- Up-to-date technical skills and experience across various businesses.
- Proficient in managing work within budgets and deadlines.
- Excellent report writing skills, including Master Files, Local Files, and contributions to due diligence and tax audit reports.
