We are seeking an experienced Treasury- Process & Systems Lead to spearhead the optimization and evolution of end-to-end treasury processes. This is a pivotal role that ensures treasury operations align with the company's financial strategy, supporting resilience, innovation, and governance

Description

  • Lead the transformation and optimisation of treasury processes to align with organisational strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define, prioritise, and implement process improvements.
  • Champion innovative practices, driving efficiency through digitisation and automation.
  • Ensure treasury processes meet risk mitigation, control, and audit requirements.
  • Identify and implement new treasury technologies, ensuring successful adoption.
  • Manage the treasury systems life-cycle, including upgrades, integrations, and training.
  • Maintain process maps, SOPs, and control documentation.

Profile

A successful 'Treasury, Process & Systems Lead' should have:

  • Expertise in Treasury Operations: Extensive knowledge of treasury mechanisms, financial instruments, risk management, and core systems (e.g., FIS, Quantum, Reval).
  • Transformational Leadership: Proven experience in planning and delivering systems or program transformations, ideally in treasury or financial operations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to leverage treasury management systems and financial software to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Strong Qualifications: A treasury-related qualification (e.g., ACT, CFA) is preferred.
  • Change Management Skills: Skilled in leading cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving cultural and operational change.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Passion for innovation, digitization, and process automation.
