Liquidity Risk & ALM Analyst (6-Month Contract) A growing London-based Securities Broking Firm | £550-600/day via umbrella| Hybrid Flexible WorkingJoin a leading securities broking firm in the heart of London, contributing to the efficient management of capital and liquidity across multiple legal entities. This is an exciting 6-month contract offering hybrid working and competitive pay, ranging from £550-600 per day.Role OverviewYou'll support the Treasury Risk & ALM team, driving the development of analytics for governance committees and ensuring efficient capital and liquidity usage across the group. You'll also play a key role in supporting the ICARA process, with a focus on Regulatory returns, ALM and Liquidity risk management.Key Responsibilities:Liquidity Management:

  • Oversee short-term cash flows, ensure liquidity, and monitor risk appetite and limits.

Regulatory Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and prepare internal/external reports. Support ICARA assessments and risk frameworks.

ALM Framework Development:

  • Assist in optimizing cash, collateral, liquidity, and market risk. Contribute to the daily Treasury risk metrics and risk management framework.

Stress Testing & Scenario Analysis:

  • Execute stress tests on interest rates, liquidity, and capital adequacy to assess resilience under adverse conditions.

Capital Planning:

  • Work closely with Financial Planning to develop medium-term capital plans.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience developing Treasury ALM frameworks.
  • Expertise in Liquidity Risk, ALM and Regulatory Reporting within a bank or trading setting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data management.
  • Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
  • Relevant qualifications (ACT, ACCA, CFA).
  • Knowledge or interest in financial products.
