We are seeking to appoint a new Trustee with a strong finance and accounting skills.
Illuminate Minds is a multi-academy trust formed in 2015 when our two founding schools came together and our collaboration has gone from strength to strength. Each of our schools has its own unique set of characteristics but there is a “golden elastic” which binds them together in a common goal of “Excellence Every Day” whilst allowing them to develop their own individual community ethos.
We are a family of schools who believe in aspiration, ambition and no excuses, seeking to overcome barriers and never accepting mediocrity. Our trust is committed to a culture where everybody belongs. Our intent is to ensure every child who comes through the door has an amazing expectance and leaves us with the skills, knowledge and resourcefulness to embark on the next stage in their learning journey.
As a Trustee you will work as part of the Board, in partnership with the CEO, to set the strategic direction of the Trust. Our people are what makes the most significant difference to the lives of the children we serve.
If you have the requisite experience for the role, and share our passion and commitment in helping every child, regardless of background or ability, to realise their potential, we’d love to hear from you.
