TSA Manager

Up to 650/day Outside IR35 (Hybrid working)

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Transition Service Agreement (TSA) Manager to oversee all aspects of the TSA following a global divestiture. This role ensures that services agreed upon in the TSA are delivered according to terms, timelines, and quality standards, facilitating a smooth transition for the divesting entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee TSA execution, ensuring compliance with all terms.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service delivery.
  • Manage TSA changes and amendments due to transformation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all TSA-related activities.
  • Liaise with business units, IT, HR, finance, legal, and other departments to ensure alignment.
  • Facilitate regular communication and reporting on TSA progress.
  • Identify potential risks related to TSA execution and support mitigation strategies.
  • Address and resolve disputes or issues during the TSA period.
  • Track and manage costs associated with TSA services.
  • Monitor the quality and performance of services provided under the TSA.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing Transition Service Agreements in M&A transactions.
  • Experience in service delivery management, project management, or transition management.
  • Strong service delivery and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost tracking.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects with competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of contract management, risk management, and legal aspects of TSAs.
