Our client, a leading consulting firm is seeking to hire a bright and ambitious Valuations Manager to be based in their prestigious central London office.The role will involve providing valuations of businesses, shares, share options, intangible assets and certain other financial assets for the above purposes. Working a part of a high quality, you will manage projects and assist with developing client relationships.You will be part of an expanding team and get exposure to a broad and varied client base, providing valuation services for a number of different purposes, including: commercial, taxation, regulatory and disputes.Requirements:Minimum 2.1 degree (or equivalent).ACA qualified or equivalent.Full-time valuations experience with either another accounting firm or specialist valuations firm.Experience of share and business valuation techniques including earnings multiples and discounted cash flows.Experience of purchase price allocation methodologies for intangible asset valuations would also be desirable.Strong interpersonal skills and client focus are important, as well as attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
