Job Title: Vendor Manager - Offshoring

Location: London

Remuneration: Day rate (Inside IR35 via Umbrella)

Contract Details: Upto 6 Months

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor offshoring services, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and KPIs.
  • Support functional leads in translating requirements to contractual terms and drafting Statements of Work (SoW).
  • Provide expertise and knowledge in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) for our client.
  • Stay up-to-date on BPO market insights and best practises.
  • Collaborate with business leads to track and drive saving initiatives.
  • Ensure commercial and contractual negotiations progress according to plan.
  • Work closely with the Legal Department to finalise contracts.
  • Liaise with the America's Division to align offshoring requirements.
  • Provide accurate reports on savings, pipeline, milestones, risks, and compliance to line management and governance forums.
  • Lead and participate in Procurement-related meetings, project reporting, and governance.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Industry experience in working with BPO vendors and offshore projects in the banking industry.
  • Financial Services experience is desirable
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong business awareness and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in governance and spend control in the banking industry.
  • Analytical thinking skills to critically evaluate complex documentation and stakeholder updates.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across different jurisdictions and seniorities.
  • Excellent presentation skills for producing high-quality materials to inform decision-making.
  • Strong BPO vendor management and governance oversight experience.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to translate data into decision-making.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and build successful relationships.
