Our client, an Investment Bank, is seeking a VP for their London M&A team, which may also suit an Associate ready for a Junior VP role.
The position involves working on significant mid-tier transactions with considerable client and investor engagement.
The firm is expanding its London Consumer team at the VP level due to strong deal closures and a robust forward pipeline.
Candidates must have at least 6 years of experience in M&A, with a background in a Top Tier Accounting firm, Investment Bank/Boutique, or Private Equity.
A competitive salary is offered, reflecting the candidate's experience and expertise in the Consumer vertical with prior end-to-end transaction experience.

You will work on some of the largest mid-tier transactions, with substantial client and investor interaction.

Due to strong deal closures and forward pipeline, a global investment bank are looking to grow their London Consumer team at the VP level.

The firm has a strong presence across Europe with management of PE, VC, debt and wealth management.

Requirements:

6+ years experience within M&A , Top Tier Accounting firm, Investment Bank/Boutique or PE
Good knowledge of the Consumer vertical with previous transaction experience - end to end
