VP Finance - FinTech

Hybrid working (WFH + City)

£140/150k + bonus + options

Talentedge are pleased to be partnering with a globally recognised payments scaleup on their #1 finance role.

Owing to international scale (both in terms of geographical location and new product launches), we are seeking an ambitious & progressive VP Finance to take ownership over the global finance function, focussing the bulk of your time on FP&A and commercial finance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead on FP&A / Commercial finance / Strategic finance initiatives
  • Produce investor and other stakeholder reporting packs
  • Partner with CEO on future fundraising activities
  • Lead on roll-out of expansion plans including geographical scope (with a particular US focus) and new products
  • Oversee the relationship with outsourced accountants who are responsible for financial reporting and bookkeeping
  • In time, in-house financial reporting and hire a superstar team

Profile:

  • Qualified accountant with PQE within an FCA regulated environment (FinTech or Financial Services)
  • Experience of working with a high volume, multicurrency environment with global operations
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel
  • Experienced with building best-in-class finance functions, including people/systems/processes
  • Xero + wider ecosystem of apps exposure
