This major London based International bank are looking to engage the services of an experienced individual to head up their Treasury Control/Data Integrity team. Being responsible for oversight of the offshore operations, ensuring efficient & accurate processing, control/data integrity and cash reconciliations are completed in a controlled and effective manner. Duties will include:- Being accountable for the effective management of the teams performance, identifying areas of risk, and alongside the director implement offshore operational control improvements. Support of projects and initiatives within the bank and act as an ambassador for the EMEA Operations with branches, front offices, middle offices, clients and external organisation. Monitor training for offshore members of staff alongside its management. Applicants must gained significant back office banking experience, as well as demonstrating leadership experience including the ability to organise and effectively manage off site team members.
