- Lead the workplace experience services in London as well as supporting their EMEA locations.
- Oversee office operations to maintain a highly functional and efficient working environment.
- Work alongside internal teams such as Facilities and HR to create a culture that exemplifies company values.
- Coordinate external service providers ensuring they meet performance standards.
- Travel 4-6 times to global offices in your first year to train.
- Coach direct reports to ensure high-performance and development.
- Solid experience in a similar position in a fast-paced office environment.
- Experience managing a team and looking to grow.
- Bachelor’s degree is essential.
- Experience within financial service ideally larger hedgefunds, trading, private equity.
- Be critical, strategic, resourceful and solution oriented.
- Ability to inspire colleagues to seek continuous development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
