As they continue their growth trajectory, they are looking for two motivated and client-focused Adviser Success Managers to join the Advisor Success Team. This team is dedicated to delivering outstanding onboarding and ongoing client support to ensure advisors maximize the value of their platform.
As an Adviser Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional experience for financial advisers joining their platform. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding, helping firms efficiently transition their assets, and providing continuous engagement and support. You will work closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs), investment analysts, and developers to enhance client outcomes and ensure long-term success.
This role is perfect for someone with a strong understanding of financial advisers and their needs, familiarity with cash flow tools, platforms, and NPS, and a flexible, adaptable mindset that thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Success
Manage the onboarding process for new financial advisory firms, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
Guide new clients through asset transfer processes to ensure timely execution.
Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, addressing queries and providing training on platform features.
Ongoing Client Engagement & Retention
Regularly engage with existing advisory firms to ensure they maximize the value of our platform.
Provide ongoing education, best practices, and insights to drive adoption and satisfaction.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned clients to ensure they are on track with their goals.
Work closely with regional BDMs to support regional events and client engagement activities.
Assist BDMs in the latter stages of discussions with prospective clients by providing product demonstrations and insights.
Collaborate with internal teams, including investment analysts and developers, to provide client feedback and contribute to platform enhancements.

Experience working in client success, onboarding, relationship management, or business development roles.
