BRAND NEW ROLES - 3 x Financial AdministratorSalary £30k - £33k + benefits packageOffices near Green Park (West End, London)A key client of mine who I have placed 20+ staff with in the past are looking for a Financial Administrator with at least 1 year of experience to work in a team of 5 administrators and reporting into a dedicated Team Leader. They provide holistic advice to large generational families, retirees and some City professionals and they pride themselves on offering the highest quality service and generate new business purely through recommendation and referral. Their average client has £550k - £1m to invest but they do look after some clients with £5m+.This role will be suitable a candidate with 1 year of administration experience in a wealth management business. You will be the "go-to-person" on all matters relating to back office support to enable the advisers to focus on being client facing and generating new business. If you have experience with Intelligent Office, Voyant and FE Analytics this would be highly advantageous. You will be responsible for a full range of duties covering processing new business, client servicing, speaking to providers and clients, and ensuring a smooth running of the back office system.My client actively support staff to study towards their level 4 diploma and offer lots of progression and CPD opportunities. You will receive a full package of study support. The business has a Social Committee and they actively want to ensure staff have a good life balance and put on various social functions for the staff. There is a route to becoming a paraplanner but they ask for at least 18 months - 2 years in the role.
