It is growing swiftly so is seeking to recruit a Case Manager / Junior Bridging Finance Underwriter to come and join our friendly and motivated team. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate a minimum 3-year relevant experience within bridging lending. This is a permanent full-time position with excellent remuneration package.

Case Manager / Junior Bridging Finance Underwriter Key Responsibilities:

Action new lending requests for bridging loans and analyse credit worthiness
Prepare detailed credit proposals for submission to the Credit Committee
Preparing offer documentation and ensuring all loan conditions are met throughout the drawdown process
Underwrite and approve loans against agreed lending criteria
Handling broker calls on specific cases under review; manage customer expectations
Liaising with internal departments (Legal, Risk and Sales) and external parties (Surveyors,
Solicitors and Customers) to effectively manage the lending process
Candidates MUST have proven working experience within the BRIDGING AND / OR DEVELOPMENT FINANCE sector.

Case Manager / Junior Bridging Finance Underwriter Key Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
Excellent analytical skills.
Ability to structure transactions based upon market sector, asset, and security.
