Our client is seeking an experienced, proactive Chartered Financial Adviser (or close to Chartered) to join their team on an employed basis and takeover the servicing of some existing clients and grow their client book

You will be provided with a client portfolio of £25m FuM and a regular flow of appointments booked in your diary. The company’s objective is to support you to be busy and help you flourish. In return, they are looking for an ambitious, proactive Financial Adviser who is strong at winning new business. You should be highly knowledgeable on financial planning and confident in creating dynamic, creative financial planning solutions that meet the client’s needs.

Individuals with advanced qualifications and holding Chartered status would be preferred, who can utilise their advanced financial planning expertise.

You can expect around 70% of your new business to come from company provided leads, with the other 30% coming from your own activities. To note, any self-generated business is ring-fenced for you.

Chartered Financial Adviser Requirements

  • You should have 4+ years’ experience as a Financial Adviser
  • You should hold minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent), with preference towards individuals holding or close to achieving Chartered status
