Fram are working on a great opportunity to join a growing Financial Planning firm based in Essex. Our client is looking to hire a Chartered or close to Financial planner to join their established team. The role is hybrid, with the option of a condensed week and flexibility for school drops offs, excellent pension, and other benefits. The role is to take some client off one of the directors to free them up in the Suffolk and Ipswich area. However, they would like an advisor who over time can also develop their own clients and even move a small book themselves. The firm is independent deals with cashflow planning, pension, investment, IHT and retirement planning. This is a great opportunity for an experienced advisor who has a small client following that they cannot move straight away due to a non-approach clause, but who wants to be able to service clients in the meantime without starting from scratch.  They are looking for candidate who can :
  • Management of an existing portfolio of wealthy clients
  • Conducting in-depth reviews of clients' financial circumstances, current provision, and future aims
  • Analysing information and preparing plans best suited to individual clients' requirements
  • Provision of ongoing servicing to existing clients as per our service proposition, including annual reviews and servicing.
  • Researching the marketplace and providing clients with information on new and existing products and services
  • Assisting clients to make informed decisions.
  • Network with professional partners and introducers to identify private clients and high net-worth opportunities.
  • Reviewing and responding to clients changing needs and financial circumstances
  • Generation of new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Financial Planner or close to Chartered status. You will have the technical knowledge and experience required to provide high-quality advice across all aspects of financial planning, including tax efficient investment planning, pensions and retirement planning, protection, and estate planning. You will also be comfortable carrying out annual client reviews electronically or via face-to-face meetings.
