Our client, an acclaimed Financial Services firm with multiple awards, is seeking an experienced Chartered career Paraplanner to join their team and participate in their Proposition Governance Forum.

Founded in 2014, the firm aims to be the most recommended name in financial services, providing exceptional client service from start to finish. Within five years, they have received over 10 peer-recognized awards.

In this role, you will leverage your Chartered (CII) Paraplanning experience at a dynamic, award-winning, multi-disciplinary financial planning practice. Located in The City of London, you will report directly to the Paraplanning Manager and collaborate closely with Advisers and clients.

To excel in this position, you must have exceptional attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and the capacity to work under strict deadlines. You will need to build strong relationships with Advisers, their clients, and your colleagues, providing centralized support, timely and accurate recommendations, and regular client review assessments.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Status via the CII
  • Proficiency in Adobe, Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with other system-specific knowledge to create necessary documentation, templates, and reports according to brand guidelines
  • Quick adaptability to CRM software (Enable) and the ability to maximize its potential

As compensation for this role, you will receive:

  • A salary of up to £60,000
  • Hybrid working, 3 days in the office
  • Holidays: 25 days running from Jan to Dec
  • Bonus: up to 10% of salary paid annually
