Role & Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong client relationships at C-Suite level
Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximise growth opportunities.
Work cross-functionally with the wider business
Lead meetings with new and existing clients

Essential Criteria:

Must have strong CRM/Client Director experience in either a broker or a provider
Experience in leading high profile client meetings

This role can be fully remote with travel to clients and the office on occasion.
