The Role

The role involves managing a book of 300-400 clients, collaborating with senior leaders, and executing strategic growth targets. This position offers hybrid working arrangements in London.
Key Responsibilities of the Client Manager:
- Drive business growth by managing a book of high net worth clients
- Deliver exceptional retention performance and profitability
- Conduct property visits to support renewals, surveys, and claims
- Support business growth plans and operational management
- Ensure smooth client handovers from the new business team
