Profile
A successful Client Service Associate should have:
- A degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the Financial Services industry, from 1-2 years experience in a client-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- The ability to work in a team and independently.
- Experience with FX would be highly desirable.
