We are looking for a bright and engaging Client Service Executive to join a finance firm based in Central London. Candidates must have a good knowledge of Pensions.  This will be a temporary role between now and the end of the year. It’s a great company with lots of perks and benefits. What you’ll do:
  • Work closely with the Client Services Team to ensure all queries are actioned in a timely manner.
  • Speak to clients about services and technical issues.
  • Log any queries that come through in an internal system.
  • Pick up any ad hoc office administration that may come up.
Who you are:
  • A client focussed individual with an excellent phone manner.
  • Someone who is organised and proactive.
  • Someone who has experience working with customers on the phone and face to face.
  • Experience in pensions is mandatory.
