- Work closely with the Client Services Team to ensure all queries are actioned in a timely manner.
- Speak to clients about services and technical issues.
- Log any queries that come through in an internal system.
- Pick up any ad hoc office administration that may come up.
- A client focussed individual with an excellent phone manner.
- Someone who is organised and proactive.
- Someone who has experience working with customers on the phone and face to face.
- Experience in pensions is mandatory.
