JOB TITLE: Client Services Associate

LOCATION: Closest train stations: Euston, Warren St (hybrid working)

SALARY: £38,000 - £45,000 (hybrid working)

Our client is seeking a Client Service Associate with exceptional client service skills and a strong understanding of the importance of meeting client needs. A can-do attitude, supportive approach, and willingness to collaborate with team members are essential. While prior financial services experience is preferred, the most critical qualities for success in this role are a desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.

The Client Services Associate will be joining an organisation that operates on a hybrid work model, allowing a mix of home and office work. The office is conveniently located in the heart of London. All new joiners will receive an intensive three-week training programme followed by a five-month competency plan to ensure a smooth integration into the team. Regular manager meetings and ongoing performance review processes will support professional growth and development.

Responsibilities of the Associate position include:

- Data Entry: Maintaining accurate data within the systems.

- Client Onboarding and Transfer Agency: Reviewing and processing new client applications and facilitating trade inputs.

- AML & KYC: Conducting initial and ongoing screening to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and company policies.

- Dealing and Settlement: Processing dealing events, overseeing pending applications, and assisting with cash settlement processes.

- Cash Management: Involvement in bank reconciliation processes.

- Client and MI Reporting: Assisting in the production and distribution of regular reports to clients and advisers.

- Client Communications: Ensuring the highest level of accuracy in producing, checking, and distributing client communications.

- Enquiry Management: Handling inbound calls and emails, delivering industry-leading client service, and resolving client enquiries according to service level agreements.
